Des Vieux Telecoms aqcuired the Concept-Tel 5.0 system in September 2007.

Telepoint

Telepoint began using Concept-Tel 5.0 as a hosted system in July 2007.

CTI Telefónica

CTI Telefónica transtioned to Concept-Tel 3.0 in 2004 to replace their in-house systems. By blending VOIP traffic from their Nextone VOIP with traditional switched traffic, they were able to center all of their managment activities and analysis in one system. CTI Telefónica is currently running Concept-Tel 5.0.

KDDi

KDDi originally purchased Limus individually to manage their line cost department. A month later, they opted for the full version of Concept-Tel 1.0. The system managed every aspect of their wholesale business and dramatically increased profits. During nearly 5 years of daily usage, the system was migrated into Concept-Tel 2.0, introducing many new and advanced features, and greatly improved cost management and organizational efficiency. Recently, KDDi has upgraded to several key components of Concept-Tel 3.0.

Trescom

When Trescom was first formed, CDR information and analysis functions were all performed by EDS contractors. As Concept-Tel 1.0 was implemented, nearly all of these functions were moved onsite and were available to all users on demand. Within a year, nearly every department was relying on Concept-Tel for all of their analysis, management, and decision support needs throughout all levels of the organization.

Primus

Primus already had an established traffic system in place for several years. However, lacking a full line-cost management system, they purchased a modified version of Limus to run against their existing traffic system. This system was used to audit bills through a work-flow and approval process, reconcile charges, and manage disputes.

Technology Control Services

Technology Control Services is a software company that delivers managed services to carriers. They needed a flexible, full featured system to manage costs and rates. Rather than taking the time and risk to build an in-house system, they opted to purchase Concept-Tel to manage costs, invoices, rates, and traffic reporting.

Long Distance International

Long Distance International purchased key elements of Concept-Tel to manage day-to-day cost analysis and record keeping. The system was implemented alongside a Sybase managed datawarehouse, sharing data and management functions. While the datawarehouse ultimately failed and was discarded, LDI continued to rely on the Concept-Tel system.
